PESTO WITHOUT GARLIC WITH GENOESE BASIL DOP

Cold sauce according to the classic recipe, it is distinguished from Genoese Pesto for the sole elimination of garlic. It is made by shredding and cold mixing the ingredients without any heat treatment. Preservation is ensured by vacuum sealing and acidification with natural products.

INGREDIENTS: Genoese Basil DOP 39%, Extra Virgin Olive Oil (milk, salt, rennet), Walnuts, Pecorino DOP (milk, salt, rennet), Pine nuts, Salt. Additives: citric acid, ascorbic acid, sorbic acid. Allergens in bold. After opening, store in the refrigerator covered with oil.
