PRODUCTION
In the remote case an artwork has been accidentally sold we will propose within 24 hours a similar art product and you’ll be free to accept or not to proceed with purchase.
You may also express the option to wait for an artwork to be created by the artist, similar in colors and genre to the one originally chosen, but consider inspiration is main part of the creation so there’ won’t be ever one piece of art exactly like another.
Production times may vary slightly depending on the available production capacities at the time of placing the order. We will inform you accordingly.
SHIPPING RATES
We ship with DHL. The exact shipping costs are weight-based and will be calculated during checkout.
DHL only gives an estimate. Most locations will be reached within the predicted time frame. Due to the current decrease in cargo capacities, delays may occur. In some countries, DHL hands the shipment over to the local postal service, so shipping times are difficult to determine.
