MONTEROSSO BRUSCHETTA

An original and innovative recipe, the Monterosso Bruschetta is made simply by grinding Taggiasca olives together with the peel and juice of fresh lemons grown in the 5 Terre area, ingredients blended with cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. A sauce with a typical Ligurian taste, perfect to be served on homemade bread to accompany aperitifs and appetizers.
