SWEET AND SOUR ONIONS IN EVO

The best spring onions, freshly picked, are roasted with the traditional method, blanched in vinegar and jars in extra virgin olive oil. To be consumed plain as an aperitif or appetizer, but it is also excellent to enrich salads or appetizers or to complement meat or fresh tuna dishes.
