GRILLED VEGETABLES IN EVO

The vegetables, processed from the fresh, are blanched in vinegar and jars in extra virgin olive oil. Excellent as an appetizer or side dish, to always be kept ready in the pantry to bring the taste of freshly picked ripe vegetables to the table.
