Yes, in order to justify shipping costs there’s a minimum order amount. It varies depending on the  shipping country. You will be prompted on your cart page after inserting shipping address and you can consult our shipping minimum orders chart clicking on this link

Using a credit card to shop at the Cinque Terre Riviera Shop is easy and safe.
To ensure the maximum level of protection the transaction is carried out on the bank’s secure server through Gest Pay payment gateway.

The Cinque Terre Riviera Shop does not store credit card data, but thanks to the link with the bank server, selecting the proper option, from your second purchase on you can place orders without having to re-enter your data. 

All information you supply to the bank is encrypted using the SSL protocol.

If you decide to shop at the Cinque Terre Riviera Shop using the bank transfer payment method, remember to make the payment within 3 days from the order date. Once this period elapses, if you have not made the transfer your order will be cancelled.

The Cinque Terre Riviera Shop can ship products to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Vatican City.

Shipments cannot be made to the following areas: Canary Islands, Andorra, Gibraltar, Aland Islands, Channel Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Livigno and Campione d’Italia.

To ship outside Italy you have to select the Country from the menu ‘Shipping to’ available in the home page.

The right of withdrawal can be applied to all non-perishable products available at the cinqueterreriviera.com/shop (for example books, gadgets, kitchen utensils, etc.).

You cannot return:

– products that may deteriorate or with a short shelf-life (food, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage);
– sealed products that cannot be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons (cosmetics);
– products that have been opened after delivery;
– custom products;
– orders with an invoice issued.
